Welcome to Double O Academy

Double O Academy is California’s Premier Private Investigation Training Academy.  We offer and provide a complete series of instructional training sessions designed to help individuals prepare for a career in the exciting and profitable world of Private Investigations.  It doesn’t matter if you are already a licensed investigator, currently work at another job, are just starting out, or are looking to make a career change.   Double O Academy’s training sessions will help guide you to a brighter future or improve upon your existing skills.

Private Investigator Licensing Requirements

To become a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of California, an applicant must have a minimum of 6,000 hours of “COMPENSATED” experience or combination of education and experience.  This is where Double O Academy makes the difference, by providing the opportunity for all to earn “COMPENSATED” hours that the State will recognize.  No other program does that.  That’s right -- you will be given the opportunity to learn while you earn a paycheck!
